Refund Policy

• No refund request shall be accepted after 1 session of the Registered Course.
• No refund shall be acceptable in case of learning access shared by ST Labs India.
• No refund shall be acceptable once the training session has been scheduled and started for the candidate.
• If the refund is not claimed within the stipulated time period, we will not be able to process it.
• The 5-day, No Question Refund Policy stands null and void in the following scenarios:
  • Any kind of content downloaded from ST Labs India Learning Management System.
  • No refund for Official Curriculum.
  • No refund for Self-learning packages.
  • No refund of Exam fee if booked by ST Labs India.
• If we believe you are abusing our refund policy, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse or restrict any current or future use of our products without liability.
• All cancellations must be initiated within 7 days of payment. After that, no refund requests will be accepted.
• Refund requests must be sent to info@stlabsindia.com. After verification, if all details are genuine, the refund will be initiated within 30 days.

Change in Schedule/Course

Changes in schedule or course availability depend on resources and require 0-3 working days to implement. While we strive to accommodate all requests, ST Labs India reserves the right to reject requests in case of non-availability of resources. A 10% administrative fee is applicable for such changes.
